Had an updated and practical room with an excellent bathroom, three beds, and I couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was excellent and great, reasonably priced and with so many options.

The beds with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was right by St Cristina, Alpi Di Suis cable cars and all shops. Also, Monte Pana Ski Resort was 2 miles away.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The shower was amazing, with excellent water pressure and temperature control. The location was perfect, making it easy to access chairlifts and fantastic hiking spots without needing a car. Additionally, the hotel provided a free week-long bus pass, which was incredibly convenient for getting around the area.

One small downside was the lack of laundry facilities. It would have been helpful to have access to a washer and dryer for guest use, especially for longer stays.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Awesome breakfast with a wide range of options, including lactose-free and gluten-free milk. The rooms were spacious and not cramped. The location was perfect, with easy access to both towns and ski lifts.

The wifi was slow and limited to only two devices per room. The cleanliness could be improved, as not all areas were properly cleaned, especially under the beds.

All staff was very kind and gave some tips about Santa Cristina Val Gardena. My room was fairly quiet and updated with a private bathroom.

The hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided us with recommendations on what to visit and gave us maps and directions. The location was great, with easy access to the Seceda ridgeline and various walks. The complimentary bus tickets and free parking were also a bonus.

That the bunk beds were not very comfortable, but it was great that they offered this option for groups who didn't want to share beds. Additionally, there could have been more power sockets in the room and an additional bin other than the one in the toilet.
